Five days before the start of the doubles and mixed doubles registration period, the third participants’ information sheet was sent out today to the 813 participants who have met all the entry requirements. The sheet provides them with information on a range of general matters relating to the tournament, the results of the classification process, and the procedure for registering for the doubles and mixed doubles events.
As with all information letters, both an English and a German version have been produced.
Should any registered players not have received the circular, please contact competition manager Hilmar Heinrichmeyer (hmeyer@ttvn.de) so that a second attempt can be made to send it.
