Now that the entry deadline has passed and the classification has been finalised, a provisional timetable has been drawn up. Whilst this may still change once the doubles and mixed entries have been finalised, the basic structure should remain the same.
Accordingly, on the first day of competition (Saturday), the Men’s 2 and the Women’s 1 and 2 will play their group matches in the doubles from 10.00 to 11.15 am on two tables each. From 11.40 am to 12.55 pm, the Women’s 3 doubles will follow, also on two tables per group. The other two categories, Men’s 1 and 3, will play their preliminary round group matches in singles from 11.40 to approx. 18.55, with one table per group.
On Sunday, the second day of competition, the order is reversed: from 10.00 to 11.15, the Men’s 3 will play their doubles, also at two tables per group. The Men’s 1 have 1.5 tables per doubles group and will play their preliminary round group matches from 10.00 to 12.05. From 11.40 to 18.55, the Women’s 2 and 3 will play their singles group matches, each at a single table, whilst the Women’s 1 and Men’s 2 will do the same from 13.00 to 19.15.
For the Men’s 1 and 3, the action continues as early as Sunday with the singles finals. The Men’s 1 team will play one round (last 64) from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm, and at 1.30 pm the Men’s 3 will begin their round of the last 256 (main draw and consolation draw). For the winners, play will then continue from around 3.00 pm with the round of the last 128 and from around 6.30 pm with the round of the last 64. On this longest day of the tournament, the final match for the top Men’s 3 players will finish at around 9.00 pm. Due to the large number of participants in this category, three rounds must be played here on Sunday; otherwise, the tournament would not finish for them by Wednesday.
Monday morning is scheduled for all categories with the mixed doubles preliminary group stages. From 10.00 to 12.30, all groups will play their matches on a single table each. From 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm, the men’s 2 and 3 doubles knockout rounds (last 128 and 64) will follow, before the singles knockout rounds in all categories continue from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm with the last 128, 64 and 32, until the top 16 in the singles of each category have been determined. From 7.00 pm to 7.30 pm, a round of the last 64 in Mixed 2 and 3 is scheduled.
On Tuesday, the knockout stages will continue until the top eight in the mixed doubles and the semi-finalists in the doubles and singles have been decided. Play begins at 10.00–11.30 with the mixed doubles, followed by the doubles from 12.30–15.30, and the singles will round off the day from 16.00–18.00.
On the final day, Wednesday, the mixed doubles will play two rounds (last 8 and last 4) from 10.00 to 11.30, followed by the doubles semi-finals at 11.30 and the singles semi-finals at 12.15. Following a break to reconfigure the venue to 12 tables, the finals will then begin with the mixed doubles at 1.30 pm, the doubles at 2.15 pm and the singles at 3.00 pm. Immediately after the final match, the prize-giving ceremony will take place from 3.45 pm to approximately 4.45 pm.
