An arbitration tribunal has been established to deal with disputes

In the unlikely event that disputes should arise during the PPP World Cup which go beyond the scope of decision-making powers of the umpire at the table or the chief referee, an arbitration tribunal will be established in Hanover, comprising one representative each from the five countries with the largest number of participants: Germany, Spain, France, Switzerland and Israel.

Any decision in disputes shall be taken by a simple majority of three members of this five-member arbitration tribunal.

Persons from a country involved in the case in question shall be deemed to have a conflict of interest and may not take part in the decision. If, when a decision is to be made, more than three members of the arbitration tribunal are not considered to have a conflict of interest, the composition of the arbitration tribunal for that case shall be determined by the above-mentioned order of countries (based on team size).

During deliberations, a representative of the tournament organisers, the chief referee and a representative of PPP International may be consulted, though they shall have no voting rights.
